隔热型材的生产方式主要有两种,一种是采用隔热条材料与铝型材,通过机械开齿、穿条、滚压等工序形成"隔热桥",称为隔热型材"穿条式";另一种是把隔热材料浇注入铝合金型材的隔热腔体内,经过固化,去除断桥金属等工序形成"隔热桥",称为"浇注式"隔热型材。
